We have been informed that third-party groups or individuals may contact exhibitors claiming to sell exhibitor and visitor contact lists or offering to book hotel accommodations on behalf of the event.

Please note:

• The Sergipe Oil & Gas Organization does not sell or share exhibitor contact information to third parties.
• The Sergipe Oil & Gas Organization regularly performs security checks on its exhibitor and visitor registration contact database and no security breach has been identified to date.
• We do not authorize outside companies to book hotel blocks or solicit accommodations on our behalf.

Any legitimate communications regarding the event will come directly from the Sergipe Oil & Gas Organization members or our officially identified partners, using recognized SOG contact information and channels.

If you receive a suspicious email, call, or invoice claiming affiliation with the event, we recommend you do not respond or provide payment, and report it to the event committee for verification.
